The Biltmore Swim and Racquet Club Subdivision was developed by the Stiles Land Corporation in three separate phases: Biltmore Swim and Racquet Club - Phase 1, II and III.

67 patio homes were constructed as part of the first phase of development. Each owner of a patio home is a member of the Biltmore Swim and Racquet Club Patio Association. The patio association owns and maintains seven common areas which are scattered between the patio homes. Additionally, the patio association provides the lawn and shrub care for the front yards of all 67 patio homes.

Patio homeowners are also members of a second association, the Biltmore Swim and Racquet Club Recreation Association. The recreation association has a membership of 279 homes within the three phases of the Biltmore subdivision (67 patio homes and 212 "regular" homes). The Recreation association provides the maintenance of the pool and tennis court area.

The map on the right shows all of the homes belonging to the Recreation Association with the patio homes oulined with a bold line in the lower left. Click Here to visit the Biltmore Swim and Racquet Club Recreation Association's web page.
